Raw Nori Rolls
You can fill one end of a nori sheet with a line of pate, add a few other ingredients, then roll it up, wetting the side that goes underneath, pressing. Avoid using anything too wet. A great foundation is the [intlink id="178" type="post"]Sunflower Pate[/intlink] or [intlink id="157" type="post"]Sweet and Sour Sauce[/intlink]. Other nori wrap fillings can include:
Avocado
Grated carrot
Grated beets
Red pepper slices
Sprouts
Grated ginger
Sun cured pitted olives
Fresh basil
Fresh cilantro
Wild greens
Chopped onion
