Great for building lung strength 1 1/2 cup chopped carrots 1 tablespoon white miso 1 teaspoon ginger 1 clove garlic 2 cups water Blend all of the ingredients, except 3/4 cup of the carrots. Pour the blended ingredients over the carrots and serve. Serves 3.
